First Year

We believe that the first year resident should be considered the primary care giver of the clinical team who is responsible for evaluation and management of the child. Typically, this team consists of an attending physician, upper level resident and medical student. First year residents are responsible for all orders on their patients.

Call averages once every five evenings.
