Each student is evaluated using his or her schools' evaluation forms and requirements. It is critical for students to have a good understanding of their schools requirements prior to their arrival. Students are required to get weekly feedback and evaluations from their supervisors (senior residents and attendings).

There is a mid-rotation meeting scheduled with the clerkship director. At the end the clerkship, the evaluations are then pooled into a summative evaluation with all individual comments included. Students will be assigned grades depending on their schools requirements.
