Obstetrics and gynecology offers a four-week elective rotation in maternal fetal medicine. Our department provides care for female patients from ages 15-45.
The rotating medical student will be integrated into our services by becoming active in the daily care of our patients. Medical students will be expected to round in the morning on patients, exposure to first and second trimester fetal screening, genetic counseling, completing a genetic history, exposure to the floor, involved in procedures, exposure to ultra sounds and consultations.
