Nicole Woll, PhD, MEd, is the associate chief academic officer for Interprofessional Education and Continuing Professional Development as well as the co-director of the Standardized Patient Program. Dr. Woll also oversees the GEMS Simulation Program.

Mary Harris, MD, is the director for Curriculum and Faculty Development as well as the co-director of the GEMS Standardized Patient Program.

April Morgan, MEd, is the director of Interprofessional Education. April provides leadership in the areas of curriculum development, program revision, assessment, evaluation and scholarly activity for simulation, healthcare communication, faculty development and health professions education.

Samantha Norton, MFA, serves as specialist for the Healthcare Communication Program. Samantha promotes and coordinates activities to support interprofessional and interdisciplinary teamwork, provides faculty and learner support for interprofessional education programs, facilitates interdisciplinary forum for interprofessional education programs, supports and makes recommendations for curriculum and evaluations, and makes recommendations for and assists in the development of new educational initiatives relevant to healthcare learners.

Pamela Domenico, EMT-B, is the senior coordinator of the Healthcare Communication Program. Pam promotes activities to support interprofessional and interdisciplinary teamwork, educational accreditation, and maintenance of certification, patient safety and quality initiatives. She integrates simulation to effectively train and objectively assess applied knowledge, adequacy of skills and level of competence. She provides supervision of the standardized patient staff and provides support for logistics, recruitment, training and quality of standardized case encounters.

Mary Jean Parry provides administrative and secretarial support for the GEMS team. Mary Jean performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the GEMS Center in its efforts to provide quality patient/customer care and patient/customer satisfaction.
