Clinical educators
The clinical educator offers clinical insights to augment lectures, presentations, demonstrations and small group exercises in the classroom. Clinical educators are utilized in all four years of the curriculum, based on the needs of the course directors.
Requirements for clinical educators
- Obtain a volunteer clinical faculty appointment at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
- Keep your appointment active, by participating in Geisinger Commonwealth faculty development meetings and CME programs, precepting students and participating in other Geisinger Commonwealth committees or activities.
