Assistant Professor of OB-GYN

Biography

Thomas S. Samuelsen, MD, is an assistant professor of OB-GYN in Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine’s Department of Medical Education. He is a facilitator for the Patient-centered Medicine course for first-year students, teaches the Art and Practice of Medicine and Case-based Learning to second-year medical students and is a preceptor in his Scranton-based gynecology practice to third-year students during their OB-GYN clinical rotation. He also evaluates student clinical skills during objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs).
