The Department of Critical Care Medicine accepts three fellows yearly into our two-year fellowship program.
In order to qualify, an applicant must be a graduate of an accredited medical school, have completed an accredited U.S. internal medicine residency program, and be board eligible in internal medicine per ABIM guidelines.
Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Refer to the ERAS website for directions regarding this process. Paper or incomplete applications will not be accepted or reviewed. Submit a complete application including all of the information listed below:
- Application form
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Medical school transcript
- Three (3) letters of recommendation (one must be from program director of prior residency or fellowship)
ERAS applications will be accepted from July 15 to July 31 each year.
