The Geisinger PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency participates in the ASHP Resident Matching Program as well as the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applicants should submit the following materials via PhORCAS:
- Letter of intent outlining career objectives
- Curriculum vitae
- Academic (school of pharmacy) transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
Also required are a PharmD or equivalent degree (from an ACPE-accredited school or college), the successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency and to be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The yearly deadline for application is Jan. 15. The residency begins in mid-July and ends no later than July 15. Individual interviews are required and are scheduled by invitation.
