The Geisinger Rheumatology Fellowship is a two-year program that accepts two level-one trainees and two level-two trainees for a total of four trainees. Applicants must have completed a residency in internal medicine and be board eligible.
The fellowship participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Application requirements include:
- Completed ERAS application
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation
- Dean's letter
- Medical school transcript
- COMLEX or USMLE transcript
We do not have a cutoff score for board exams, but expect candidates to have passed on the first attempt. We hold interviews in September and October. If, after reviewing your application, you are selected to interview, you will be notified and an interview will be scheduled.
