TimelyCare services are offered in addition to Student Health Services. TimelyCare is a telehealth program for MD students that provides access to free, 24/7/365 medical and mental virtual health care from anywhere in the United States. Students will not be asked for credit card information or proof of insurance. Students can access TimelyCare resources from a smartphone or web-enabled device. There is also access to health coaching services and yoga and meditations sessions.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are offered in addition to Student Health Services. MBS students have access to the EAP, a 24/7 support service. You get five free sessions in person or on the phone with a highly trained clinician. Communication with the EAP is strictly confidential, and covered visits will not be billed to insurance. If you need additional sessions, you must arrange them with the provider and discuss insurance and payment options.
