Program overview 

The Administrative Fellowship – Experience Design is an 18-month leadership experience that combines aspects of Geisinger’s Administrative Fellowship program with a focus on the application of experience design in the practical work setting of a fully integrated healthcare delivery system.

You will be a member of the Steele Institute of Health Innovation’s Digital Transformation Office and immersed in Geisinger’s rich, innovative culture to transform the delivery of care and patient experience.

You’ll also be a part of the Geisinger family, a group of current and former fellows and their families.

Candidates with a master’s degree in any design-related field will be considered.

Leadership and mentoring

As a fellow, you are partnered with a sponsor and primary preceptors who serve as mentors and advisors. 

We invite you to participate in meetings with senior administrative leadership and the sponsoring and primary preceptors. These meetings often involve senior-level management from the platforms, institutes and executive leadership team.
