• Medical school transcript
• USMLE transcript/COMLEX transcript
• Valid ECFMG certificate, if an international medical graduate
• Three (3) recent clinical letters of recommendation
• Personal statement explaining your interest in our program and in rural family medicine
• We sponsor J-1 visas for candidates on a case-by-case basis
