The Geisinger PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency participates in the ASHP Resident Matching Program as well as the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applicants should submit the following materials via PhORCAS:

  • Letter of intent outlining career goal and patient care philosophy
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation

Also required are a PharmD or equivalent degree from an ACPE-accredited school or college, the successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency, and to be licensed, or eligible for licensure, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The deadline for application is Jan. 3, 2024. Individual interviews are required and are scheduled by invitation. The residency begins July 1, 2024.
