Why Geisinger: “Deciding on Geisinger for my sleep medicine fellowship felt less like a choice and more like the natural next step in my journey here in northeastern Pennsylvania. Having already practiced as a pediatrician in this community, I’ve developed a deep bond with the families here and a real-world understanding of the health challenges our neighbors face. Transitioning into sleep medicine at Geisinger is the perfect way to evolve my career while staying rooted in the region I call home. What really drew me in was the incredible breadth of the faculty; the chance to learn alongside experts in neurology, internal medicine and family medicine offers the kind of hands-on, well-rounded perspective I need to treat my patients effectively.
