Research interests

Carmine Cerra, MD, is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist and award-winning clinical educator. He is also a former laboratory medical director with more than 31 years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in breast and gastrointestinal pathology and performance improvement. At Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, he functions as a collaborator for the basic scientists assisting them in microscopic interpretation.
