Research Interests

My research aims to improve access to primary and preventive care for rural populations through innovative models of primary care delivery. I investigate this topic within the context of the social determinants of health and the contextual factors that impact health outcomes. Additional interests include access too and utilization of preventive screenings, telehealth, tobacco cessation, and social media’s impact on health behaviors.
