    • In today's healthcare landscape, ambiguity is a constant companion. As an administrative fellow at Geisinger, you will face situations where the path forward is unclear. How did these experiences shape your approach to uncertainty in a professional setting?

Discuss the importance of patient-centered care and how it drives innovation in healthcare administration. Highlight strategies and technologies that enhance patient-centered care, such as personalized medicine, telehealth and patient portals.
