For protein analysis:

•  Biacore (surface plasmon resonance)     
•  Waters HPLC system with built in degasser and Autosampler, which has UV/vis dual wavelength detector, fluorescence detector, and electrochemical detector. The HPLC is operated with Empower2 software (Waters) for data collection and analysis which is installed on Dell PC, FPLC and chromatography cabinets

Microarray and proteomics: 

Microarray analysis and protein identification by mass spectrometry are kindly provided by our friends at Penn State Hershey and Rhode Island Hospital CoBRE for Cancer Research Development. If you access these cores, remember to communicate to them any publications or grant applications funded, for their records. Additionally, the facility contains Dell computers, refrigerators, -20ºC and -80ºC freezers, and associated small equipment (e.g. multichannel, electronic and accordion pipettes).
