They offer a combined:
- 1,065 physicians and providers
- 593 licensed beds
- Advanced certification for comprehensive stroke centers and primary stroke centers
- Advanced certification for inpatient diabetes care
- Center for cardiac care
- Atlantic City's only cancer institute, heart institute, and neonatal intensive care unit
AtlantiCare is the sponsoring institution for ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Psychiatry programs. It’s also home to a PGY 1 ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency program and rotating medical residents from different institutions in the tri-state area.
Where you’ll live
Atlantic City is known as the “Entertainment Capital of the Jersey Shore.” It’s a walkable city with plenty to do — and is particularly known for its casinos and nightlife. You’ll find a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
The city is surrounded by historical landmarks like the Absecon Lighthouse, one of the oldest lighthouses in the nation.
