The Summer Research Immersion Program helped me learn a lot about how to communicate research findings through writing. Especially with writing a short abstract — I developed the ability to convey information in a concise and accessible manner. I didn’t have much experience with research before, but everyone in the program was very accommodating and helped me grow as a student.
