The Geisinger Clinics West PGY1 Pharmacy Residency participates in the ASHP Resident Matching Program as well as the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applicants should submit the following materials via PhORCAS:
- Letter of intent outlining career objectives
- Curriculum vitae
- Academic (school of pharmacy) transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
You must also have a PharmD or equivalent degree (from an ACPE-accredited school or college) and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Deadline for application is Jan. 2. Applications are reviewed after the application deadline. All candidates will be notified regarding the status of their application by Jan. 30. Individual interviews are required and are scheduled by invitation.
